Maybe he should fight the dragon first (no one got killed), befriend it, then fight alongside one another against a powerful warlock. Make a movie after it gets published, make it an action comedy type and its a wrap!
I think it’s because their too excited on how the story will end and what will be the best scenes to make the story more interesting!

A fantasy author may struggle to sleep at night, because his/her mid is not on sleep. This is what happens when you get too addicted to something.
